Some of the information is optional.

Data is retained for as long as the customer uses the service. Upon the customer's request, their personal data can be deleted or anonymised.

The processing of the register is carried out with care, and data processed using information systems is protected appropriately. When register data is stored on internet servers, the physical and digital security of the hardware is maintained accordingly. The controller ensures that stored data, server access rights, and other information critical to the security of personal data are handled confidentially and only by employees whose job responsibilities require it.

9. Right of Access and Right to Request Rectification of Data

Every person in the register has the right to review the data stored about them and to request the correction of any inaccurate information or the completion of any incomplete information. If a person wishes to review the data stored about them or request its correction, the request must be sent by email to the data controller. Data subjects also have other rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, such as the right to restriction of processing in certain circumstances. Requests must be sent by email to the data controller. The controller may, if necessary, ask the requester to verify their identity. The controller will respond to the customer within the timeframe stipulated by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (as a general rule, within one month).
